博士学位論文（Doctoral Degree Thesis ）

【重要なお知らせ】（2023.12.7）

　2024年3月の博士学位授与にかかる申請より、「博士学位論文の剽窃に係る届出書」（資料14-④）が必要書類に追加されました。また、学位論文に共著論文が含まれる場合、従前は任意提出としていた「博士学位論文にかかる共著論文等の使用承諾書」（資料14-③）（以下、「使用承諾書」）の提出が必須になりました。（English ver：Form14-3 English ver.1：Certificate of Agreement(co-authors)／Form14-3 English ver.2：Certificate of Agreement(Representative of co-authors））
　なお、共著者が諸事情により使用承諾書を提出できない場合、「使用承諾書を提出できない理由、経緯等について」（資料14-⑤）をご提出ください。
　上記の書類については本申請時にご提出ください。ただし、2024年3月の博士学位授与に向けて申請中の者は、調査報告書の提出までにご提出ください。

　また、承諾書は共著者ごとにまとめることも可能です。複数の論文で共著いただいている場合は、１枚の使用承諾書に複数の共著論文を連記していただいても結構です。
　あるいは、同じ研究室内の複数の研究者が共著になっている場合等、1枚の使用承諾書に対して、複数の共著者がサインしていただいても構いません。ただし、一つの原紙を複数の共著者でやり取りすることになれば、途中で紛失汚損の可能性もありますのでご注意ください。

特に、全ての申請書類、論文冊子の論文題目と名前の表記は、大文字、小文字も含めて、統一してください。

（例）
・「京大　太郎」「Kyodai Taro」「KYODAI TARO」「Taro Kyodai」等は全て別表記。
・「山崎　花子」「山﨑　花子」も別表記。
・題目の「Studies on ～～～」と「STUDIES ON ～～～」も別表記。

The thesis title and name notation must be unified for both all submission documents and thesis booklet, including differences in uppercase and lowercase letters.

For example, “Study on….” and “STUDIES ON…” is considered as different notation.
“Kyodai Taro”, “KYODAI TARO” and “Taro Kyodai” are considered as all different notation
“山崎　花子”and “山﨑　花子” is also considered as different notation.
