IMPORTANT: notice about the acceptance of application documents

Note: to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, the way to submit the application documents for the Entrance Examination in August 2020 is changed as follows.

• Acceptance in person is not held this time. As a general rule, please submit the documents by postal mail. All the documents must arrive by 5:00 pm, 24 June.
• Applicants who need to come to KATSURA Campus for some reason can submit the documents to the designated box* in the 1st Floor of Cluster B Administration Complex.
• Acceptance hours :  9:00am – 5:00pm on each day [except Saturday and Sunday]

*Be sure to enclose the documents in an envelope with the address label that can be downloaded from Internet Application System, seal it and put in the box.
*Depending some of divisions/departments, applicants may be required to submit designated documents, and be noted that these documents have different place to submit and submission period.

• The period of acceptance: From 10 to 24 June 2020, 5:00 pm[Follow the Deadline Strictly] (not changed)
• Please submit the documents with plenty of time, since we might require applicants to deal with some problems with the procedure after submission.
