    The National Diet Library holds documents relating to the legal deposit system in Japan. You can search not only for books, journals and newspapers, but also for doctoral theses. You can request an interlibrary loan.

    Calil has unique functions.
    • “Recipe” will recommend you books that you may be interested in.
    • “Popular books” shows which books have been viewed recently.
    • “Library map” allows you to search for a library near you.
