Request for Application Guidelines（Booklet）
Application guidelines are issued by the Educational Affairs Division of the Graduate School of Engineering (1st floor, Cluster B Administration Complex, Katsura Campus, and 1st floor, Faculty of Engineering Engineering Science Depts Bldg., Yoshida Campus).
If requesting guidelines by postal mail, please clearly specify the type of guidelines needed, and include a stamped self-addressed envelope (kakugata No. 2 envelope, 240 x 332 mm, with name, address, and post code clearly stated, affixed with postage stamps to the value shown in the table below). Address requests to the Graduate School.
Note that if you wish to also request a Graduate School of Engineering Guidebook, increase the value of postage to the amount indicated in brackets, and clearly state "request of Graduate School of Engineering Guidebook" in addition to specifying the type of application guidelines needed.

About book parcel post
Make sure to write ゆうメール (yuumail, "book parcel") in red on the envelope, and cut a notch out of the envelope as shown below.
Note that if this is not done, the requested items will be sent out by non-standard post, and if there is insufficient postage the difference must be paid by the recipient.
