Student ID Cards

1. Please make sure to carry your student ID card at all times. 
2. If you need to have your ID card reissued due to loss or damage, please apply to the Student Affairs Division of the Faculty of Engineering (1st floor, Engineering Science Depts Bldg). As a rule, for applications submitted on Monday or Tuesday the new card will be available from Monday of the following week. And for applications submitted on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the new card will be available from Wednesday of the following week.
3. English Student ID Cards, which may be used as proof of identity outside Japan, are available upon request. 
   Please inquire at the Student Affairs Division of the Faculty of Engineering (1st floor, Engineering Science Depts Bldg).
