The students who are not employed by Kyoto University can use the following form for the application for childcare facilities. Please fill out it, bring to your supervisor and have his/her sign it.

Application procedures

• In the case of special certificates, please email to the Graduate Student Section or come to our office.

• A Certificate of enrollment, Certificate of (Expected) Completion, Academic Transcript, Certificate of Withdrawal, and Student Travel Discount and so on can be issued directly by students using one of the automatic certificates issuing machines located in the entrance of the B cluster administrative Bldg. in Katsura campus, Uji campus, Kumatori and the 1st floor of Faculty of Engineering Bldg. 8 at the Kyoto University main campus.
