The issuance of various kinds of certificates for persons who have completed study programs in the Faculty of Engineering can be requested at the Faculty of Engineering office or by postal mail.

  • Please note that the envelopes used to mail out certificates are not stamp-sealed, except in the case of academic records in Japanese. If you need to insist on the use of a stamp-sealed envelope, please state this clearly.
  • There are no handling charges for this service.

Processing Time

Generally it takes two to four days from the time a request is received to prepare certificates in Japanese. , and it takes five to seven days  to prepare certificates in English. (These estimates are in working days; Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holiday period are excluded.)
