How to Use the Technical Report Archive of IEICE
IEICE Technical Reports since 2006 or 2007 are available in the "Technical Report Archive" and can be accessed from any campus. The latest report will also be available about a month after the conference.
How to use the service is as follows.
0. Notes
- There is a limit to the number of downloads per month and the number of users per year.
Do not download a large number of files beyond the scope of personal use. - Access in on-campus network.

1. User registration
The login URL to the Technical Report Archive is below.
Technical Report Online System Sign-In
- Please register as a user from "click here to register as a user" for the first time.
- You will receive an e-mail titled "User Registration Notification...Temporary Registration...". Please follow the instructions.
- Registration is complete when you receive an e-mail with the title "User Registration Notification...New...".
2. Use and download
The basic page is below.
Conferences Schedule
- When you log in, you can see the name of the registrant in the upper right side of the page. (If not, click "login" on the upper right side.)
- The default selections are "All Institutes/Societies", "All Committee", and " Latest", but you can select from the pull-down menus.
- If you click "Adv. Program" on the right side of the table, you can see each program. Each topic is marked with a PDF icon (The embargo period is 1 month after the committee). Click on the icon to download the PDF file.
