To enter and leave from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.

You cannot enter from the IC certification door on the first floor and the automatic door on the second floor from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Please enter through the IC certification door on the second floor. Please don't forget to bring your IC card when you enter or leave.

If you don't have an IC card, please call the number posted on the second floor.

Non Kyoto University Members cannot enter from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.. You need to make a reservation in advance if you want to use from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For details, go to Visitors.

If you have an IC card

Please enter by holding your IC card over the card reader on the second floor. When you leave, please hold your IC card over the card reader and leave.

You cannot enter from the IC certification door on the first floor.

If you have an Library Card (old type)

You cannot enter from the IC certification door on the first floor. please call the number posted on the second floor and show us your library card. when you leave, please let us know.
We will issue a new IC library card, so please apply for it. For details, please refer to "Applying for a Library Card". Applications are accepted from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.
