    "Clarivate provides a wide range of information about academic, patent, and drug discovery. This webinar focuses on how to use this patent information.

    Web of Science is a platform that contains a wide and comprehensive range of academic information, but it also provides access to databases that are unique to patents, life sciences, and regions. In particular, you can search patent information using the Derwent World Patents Index (DWPI), which Clarivate has curated with its unique know-how by patent family unit for the same technical content from the vast amount of patent gazettes.

    We also introduce how to use the Derwent Innovations Index (DII), a patent content available by subscription on Web of Science. DII allows you to start patent search without any special knowledge by using the Derwent World Patents Index (DWPI), a content that Clarivate has curated and accumulated over many years.

    In this seminar, we will introduce simple patent search and analysis on Web of Science using DII, examples of use of citation and cited information that are possible by collaboration of DII and Web of Science Core Collection, and other databases that enable advanced searches and contracted search and analysis services using those databases."
