[Katsura Library] The opening hours will be extended until 21:00 from June 1, 2022

We will extend the opening hours and services of Katsura Library from June, 2022.

Current Library Hours and Services

From June 1, 2022, we have extended the opening time to 9:00 - 21:00 on weekdays.
The hours of services provided at the counter are as follows. (※ will also be accepted by e-mail or form).

9:00 - 20:30　Reception for the Group Study Rooms※　Application Form

　　　　　　　 Retrieval service (library staff pickup the materials from the Stack Rooms)※
9:00 - 20:45　Use of the Group Study Rooms and the Theater Room

If you apply for today's use of the Group Study Rooms and the Theater Room after 17:00, we accept it only at the Information desk.
You cannot enter from the first floor from 17:00 - 21:00. Please enter through the IC certification door on the second floor. Please don't forget to bring your IC card when you enter or leave.
Library card will be issued to those who have a status on campus and do not have an IC card. Go to "Applying for a Library Card" page for details.
Non-Kyoto University Members cannot use the library after 17:00. Go to "Visitors" page for details.
